Order processing
- All orders are shipped from Perth, Western Australia.
- All order will be processed within 2 business days. We try our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
- Pre-ordered items are processed within 3 business days of arrival in stock.
- You will receive an email confirmation after the order has been placed. Please review and ensure that the order details and shipping details are correct. If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at hello@girlike.com.au. We will not be able to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping
- Shipping times depend on your location.
- All domestic orders will be posted by Australia Post, a tracking number will be provided.
- All international orders will be posted by Australia Post, a tracking number will be provided.
- Please contact us to arrange if you want to use specific courier and do not mind to pay extra on it.
- We are not liable for any lost or damaged mail.

Return & Refund
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (exc. shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- We do not offer refund or exchanges. Please make sure your order is placed correctly.
- In the event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us as soon as girlike.aus@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Taxes and duties
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Girlike is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
